We are in need of volunteers to help at the church with sorting the food Saturday, May 10, to help at the Post Office and drivers to bring the food to the church. There is a sign-up sheet on the Parlor hallway counter. Lunch will be provided for all those who work.

We have secured a 56 passenger bus to attend the opening ceremony of the General Assembly on Saturday, June 14, 2014. We plan to be on the road by 6:30am – arrive at COBO Center in Detroit by 10am – opening ceremony at 11am – free time in the afternoon – board the bus at 5pm – arrival in Niles approximately 8pm. At a certain date, we’ll ask folks from other churches if we haven’t filled the bus. Cost - $35. Please let Fran know if you’d really like to attend and need help with the fee. We encourage your attendance as this is the first time in many years that General Assembly has been held this close to home.

If there's a colorful fish in your pew, could you please pass it along? Your pocket change will bring great relief to someone in distress. Paper contributions can go into envelopes also in pews. Thanks from Missions and Outreach Team.

Join us every other Sunday at 1:00 at Cherry Street Park for free hot dogs, chips, dringks, fun, and games. Last year, this was a GREAT success! Help us meet our neighbors, talk to them, have fun with them, and find out what their needs are. We can help!
Summer dates: June 30, July 14, July 28, August 11, August 18, September 8 and September 22.
